My purchasing fee is 20% of purchase price or 50% of savings whichever greater. Savings is based on amount below full retail price or original asking price for used items.

Many people have a difficult time envisioning the possibiities with their new or existing home. This comes naturally to me, when I walk into a space my mind automatically goes into design mode, a wall removed, a few tweaks and it's a completely new space.
I am often asked to look at potential home purchases to give ideas of what it could be.
From simply giving you ideas for an hour to holding your hand and guiding you through a complete renovation, as much or as little as you need I am happy to accommodate your needs.
My initial one hour muse fee is $250.00, this is when you will get all my great ideas and suggestions. Additional hours are purchased in advance from $40.00 to $75.00 per hour.
